Media Diary Post

I am now looking at other design elements within my website and have now chosen to focus on what types of photographs I will use on my website. I am going to capture my own observational photographs as I want to website to be as personalized as possible. So, I looked at the design elements of creating a photographs such as the rule of thirds and non-verbal communication. I captured my own photographs in this section of work to show that I understand the design elements and also show that I am going to be capturing my own photographs when I come to create my own website.

After I had looked at the design elements such as photographs, I then moved onto an important design element which is colour theories. There are certain guidelines that many web designers follow to make websites look good with different colours combined on the web page. I researched things such as what one, two or three colours fit well together. By doing this piece of research it has helped me to understand what colours I should and shouldn't use when I come to creating a colour scheme for my website.

I have listened to the feedback I received from the market research I did of my logo's using Facebook, and I will be showing my final logo design in the next piece of work.
